If you have time to not only read my last post but to take exception to it and write me an e-mail, then you have time for Draftapalooza 3 this weekend. A single day of fun should not stand in the way of you and finally passing that test. Besides, thanks to MTGO destroying my ability to draft on paper where you can’t cheat, I’ll need some company in the 0-2 brackets.
If you’re still not persuaded, the store picked up a HUGE collection of gold and silver age comics a few months ago, and you can damn well be sure there are Uncle Scrooge comics in there. And the fact that you’ve already read this post should only further the point that you clearly have some extra time on your hands, so come fucking draft already!

The once masturbatory elation I felt when having a regular stream of content with which to kill time at work has been replaced with only a brief titillating moment of anticipation as the website loads and I wait with baited breath, hoping to see a new article to read, only to be disappointed to see the same defunct website and articles staring back at me. Like a mother who lost a child waiting by the window as the school bell rings, hoping her Timmy will come skipping down the street, burst through the front door and say “mommy, I’m home!” just one last time, I too feel that same longing now.
